Put your Housecall Pro data into a daily review
ServicePro IQ connects directly to Housecall Pro to provide a Daily Huddle and business reports from your own data. Keep the job records in Housecall Pro and use the reporting views to review scheduled work, completed-job profit, outstanding invoices and customer follow-up. Start with one question your team needs to answer every day.

What the reporting connection gives you
The Daily Huddle shows scheduled jobs for yesterday, today and tomorrow, including customer, field tech, lead source, tags, outstanding balance and revenue. Each day’s scheduled revenue appears against its daily goal. Every job in the Daily Huddle and job lists links directly to Housecall Pro.
For broader reviews, the Business Snapshot shows year-to-date revenue, new customers, collected revenue and the number of unscheduled customers. The Profit page lists completed jobs with recorded cost, revenue, profit and profit percentage. A/R covers outstanding balances and invoices. Pipeline groups customers by months since their last job. These are distinct views of your business, not interchangeable totals.
Job and revenue figures refresh hourly at 20 minutes past the hour. The customer list behind Pipeline and Unscheduled Customers refreshes daily, as does marketing spend where connected. See the report definitions guide before comparing figures that may use different scopes or refresh schedules.
How the connection is set up
ServicePro IQ sends you a one-time connect link. Sign in to Housecall Pro as an admin, open the App Store, search for API and choose Generate API key. Paste that key into the supplied link. ServicePro IQ checks it with Housecall Pro immediately and tells you straight away if Housecall Pro rejects it.
The link works for seven days, and only the newest link for your business works. Keep that separate from the free trial period: the link’s validity describes the connection step, not a report delivery deadline. After you connect, your ServicePro IQ contact lets you know when reports are ready.
The API key is stored encrypted. Nobody, including the ServicePro IQ team, sees it again after you paste it. The connection reads data and does not change anything in Housecall Pro. For the exact key-entry sequence, use the API key connection instructions.
What your business needs
You need a Housecall Pro MAX account because Housecall Pro provides API keys on that plan. You also need admin access in Housecall Pro to generate the key. ServicePro IQ uses Google sign-in and runs in a browser with nothing to install. Confirm those requirements with the people who will complete setup and use the reports.
Owners can add staff by Google email address and choose whether each person can add and remove users. Only people who can manage users can change goals; everyone else with access can view them. The Users page shows access levels and each person’s last sign-in date.
One flat subscription covers unlimited users and unlimited reports. ServicePro IQ costs $449 per month or $4,490 per year prepaid by ACH; card payment adds 3.5%. Check pricing alongside your Housecall Pro plan requirements. Start with a free 7-day trial, with no credit card required.
Use the connection in the working day
For an illustrative plumbing shop, start the morning in the Daily Huddle. Look at yesterday’s outstanding balances, today’s assigned work and tomorrow’s preparation. Open a linked Housecall Pro job when a number needs context. Keep parts, access and customer questions in the conversation; the revenue figure alone does not explain readiness.
Later, review a completed job in Profit and an unpaid invoice in A/R. Give each question a separate next step. A profitable job may still have an outstanding balance, while a collected payment does not establish that all costs were recorded. Use the correct view for the decision.
Reports open on the current Sunday-to-Saturday week unless you choose another range. Filters persist between report pages, so check the scope as you move. The Housecall Pro hub connects these routines with the detailed report pages. You can also book a free session to walk through ServicePro IQ using your real numbers. Before that session, ask each participant to bring one question tied to a known job. The owner might ask about recorded costs while the office asks about an outstanding balance. Keeping those questions separate makes it easier to judge whether each report provides the information needed for the next action.
Frequently asked questions
Does the integration replace Housecall Pro?
No. ServicePro IQ reads Housecall Pro data for reporting without changing the account. Its job links take you back to the original Housecall Pro records.
Will reports be ready immediately after I paste the key?
The key is checked immediately. Your ServicePro IQ contact tells you when reports are ready after connection; no fixed readiness time is stated here.
Can staff use the reports on a phone?
Yes. ServicePro IQ works on phones. On small screens, each job becomes a compact card and the filters fold into a one-line summary.
